1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the wen1win website, mobile-optimised site, and any related services operated under the wen1win brand.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the wen1win Platform.
• "Member" / "User" means any individual who has registered a valid Account on wen1win.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's wen1win Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus balances credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet volume a Member must achieve before Bonus Funds and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table, slot title, lottery product or sports betting market made available on the wen1win Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of wen1win is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on wen1win. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. wen1win reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If you are found to be under 21, your Account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one wen1win Account. Creating or operating multiple Accounts (whether under the same identity or different identities) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.

2.4 Jurisdiction. wen1win is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing wen1win is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. wen1win bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.

2.5 KYC Verification. wen1win may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any stage of Account usage. Required documents may include a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wen1win Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

3.2 All activities conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorised by you.

3.3 You must notify wen1win's customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. wen1win is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly.

3.4 wen1win employs 256-bit SSL encryption and session security protocols. You are responsible for ensuring that devices used to access your Account are free from malware and are not shared with unauthorised individuals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. wen1win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in an applicable promotion. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be credited.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. wen1win aims to process withdrawal requests to e-wallets (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where KYC verification is pending.

4.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. wen1win reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments. You must not make deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party, nor may you request withdrawals to accounts not registered in your own name. Any such transactions may be declined or reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Currency. wen1win operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits in foreign currencies will not be accepted. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of crediting.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by wen1win are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time of each offer. General bonus terms apply in addition to any offer-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the combined bonus amount and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates will be specified per promotion.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly permitted by the promotion terms, only one bonus may be active in your Account at any time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.

5.4 Abuse Prevention. wen1win reserves the right to withhold, forfeit or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is exploiting promotional offers, using software-assisted betting strategies, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinated betting across multiple accounts to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Use

6.1 Each game available on wen1win is governed by specific rules which are accessible within the game interface or help section. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

6.2 wen1win's games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology verified by independent testing laboratories. Live casino games are operated by licensed studio providers using certified equipment and dealing procedures.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity failure during gameplay, wen1win reserves the right to void any bet or round affected by such a fault. wen1win is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 wen1win reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at erroneous odds, or placed in circumstances constituting manifest error. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to your Account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wen1win Platform:

• Accessing or attempting to access wen1win from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Creating multiple Accounts or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or wen1win staff;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering);
• Attempting to charge back or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information in connection with your Account or any verification process;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing wen1win staff or other Members via any communication channel.

wen1win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to recover any amounts won through such conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the wen1win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of wen1win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wen1win Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from wen1win.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wen1win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses of profits, data or goodwill.

9.2 wen1win's total liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

9.3 wen1win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from malicious code. We take reasonable steps to ensure Platform security and availability but cannot guarantee these absolutely.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 wen1win is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts and self-exclusion, all accessible from your Account settings.

10.2 wen1win is strictly an adults-only platform (21+). It is an offence to allow persons under 21 years of age to access gambling services. If you are aware of a minor accessing wen1win, please notify our support team immediately.

10.3 If you wish to take a break from gaming, you may use the self-exclusion feature available in your Account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications from wen1win.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 wen1win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its discretion, where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) wen1win has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; (c) the Member has failed to complete required KYC verification; or (d) wen1win is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.2 Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any bonus funds and applicable investigations) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to successful identity verification.

11.3 You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting wen1win customer support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard game rules and the resulting balance processed as per clause 11.2.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 wen1win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to taking effect.

12.2 Your continued use of the wen1win Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 11.3.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming authority framework under which wen1win operates.

13.2 In the event of a dispute arising between a Member and wen1win in connection with these Terms or the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes should be raised with wen1win customer support, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable licensing framework.
